- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Very friendly branch. I walked in today and I was greeted immediately by a smiling face. I walked up to the counter and more of the same. On my way out I stopped by and talked to Kristen who is one of the managers about a minor problem I had incurred and she went way over the top to help me out. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆A very unprofessional lady greeted me as I walked in the door as she was chewing on something I told her the only thing I needed was a statement for the month of July and she said it would cost me $6 for one sheet of paper that she didn't have a way to print anything without charging me. Nonsense I have never paid for a statement in 5 years that Ive been with the company. She didn't care and said that I should be able to view it online, thats a lie too the customer website does not have records that far.. she was just too busy eating and didn't care to help me.By Cristina Saldivar, February 14, 2017
