  Literally the WORST BANK. Every freaking time I go to this location it takes 5x as long as it should. The manager, i don't know her name, middle aged lady with a bun, is slow, rude, and unattentive. The line was about 12 people long on a Friday at 2 pm WITH ONE TELLER. It took me 45 minutes to get a cashiers check, and it is a TEN DOLLAR FEE. I can go to Price Chopper and get a money order for literally $3 and get it in 5 minutes. The atmosphere is dull and depressing and the workers are rude, unorganized, and SLOW. They have 0 respect for the customers time. I will say, my teller in particular was very professional and courteous, but all the while still SLOW. Learn to respect your customers time and schedule more people on first Friday of the month, not to mention a holiday weekend!! I will go out of my way next time to get my money orders at price chopper or whatever the hell else I need just so I dont have to go here again. Makes me want to switch banks entirely.

  I cannot wait to switch banks. They make every transaction difficult. Had fraud on account. Still not resolved even though I go monthly to check on it to local branch. Tried for a week to get through to customer service. When I finally got through they could not even find my account. Thank the universe for community america. That is who will get my business from now on.
