  No customer service at all. I guess because I was in there to purchase something not pawn something. I went there with my son to look for an acoustic guitar. They are way over charging people for guitars. I found a Yamaha F335 acoustic and they wanted $139.99 for it. It was old, beat up and had several dents and scratches in it. For a brand new guitar, same model at Guitar Center, they want $149.99. And with the way the sales people are at GC, I could have probably talked them down $10 or $15 on the price. Bottom line, these people are over charging for the items that they have in store. To the point of charging almost as if the item was brand new. If you have a smart phone, bring it and price check everything. That guitar should have only been about $50. Simply because it was used, its condition, and it is at a PAWN SHOP. I will never reccomend this place to anyone. Nor will I ever come back to them.

  This morning, I went in with my loan note to pay it in full. Two female customer reps were pretty nasty telling me I CAN'T use my -DEBIT- card to pay the loan in full. They claimed there is a clause on the back of the loan note: No goods sent C.O.D. No credit cards or personal checks accepted. No goods shown for redemption unless paid in advance. NOTHING in that clause mentioned we can't use our debit cards. These 2 women actually put up a fight in front of other customers when I made my point that debit cards are not included in the clause, therefore I should be able to use my DEBIT card. The customer service is a very negative experience. I never seen these 2 women before in the shop until this morning. I wouldn't recommend this place to do cash loans until these 2 rude women are either educated in better customer service or let go. Edited: I returned with cash to get my items out of this shop. One of the 2 rude women whispered to a manager about me, and when i asked her if she was talking about me, she said no. The 3rd woman, a manager, was a lot nicer. She helped with the payment and got my items returned. And gave me her business card to call anytime.
